How does it work?
1. Prepare: Connect your Pods to the App and choose the activity. Set up your Pods, get ready!
2. Train: Start Flash-Reflex training, press and turn off the lights.
3. Evaluate: Measure your performance, track it and set new goals.
The pods connect via Bluetooth to the application. You can choose from the predefined activities or create your own.
In addition to sports and fitness training, Flash-Reflex training has other applications such as exercises and tests for rehabilitation and physiotherapy, tactical training for emergency services, security and military, and cognitive treatment for neurological therapy such as ADHD.
Track your performance on every touch and miss to measure your reaction time down to the millisecond. Analyse the activity according to the activity or players in the application.
